As I've said before, The Enclave at White Rock is a highly sought-after community in the East Dallas real estate market.  Once a listing hits the market, it gets snatched up pretty quickly.  It appears that some owners are beginning to take advantage of the high demand for traditional home sales.  Activity in The Enclave at White Rock has increased over the last few months. According to the latest statistics from NTREIS, there is currently one listing available on The Enclave at White Rock market in East Dallas.  It is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2864 square foot property.  The asking price is $439,000.  That works out to $149 per square foot.  It has been on the market for just 19 days so far. I've spoken about how popular the Enclave at White Rock is in the East Dallas real estate market.  When people invest in a property here, they typically end up being a resident for life.  So, if a property comes up for sale, it is wise to jump on it as soon as possible. According to NTREIS, five properties sold within the last few months.  The average price of a home sold at the Enclave was $333,350, which was 97.8% of the original asking price of $341,100.  They averaged 100 days on market.  The average cost per square foot for these sold properties was $125.  While there are no listings currently on the Enclave at White Rock market, they do pop up from time to time.  If you're interested in purchasing a home in the Enclave at White Rock, please let me know so I can keep an eye out on ...

The Enclave at White Rock is a wonderful place to live, offering its residents a healthy, active lifestyle.  It's easy to see why this is one of the most highly sought-after places to live, especially when you look at their real estate statistics. The beautiful gated community of Enclave at White Rock offers wonderful amenities for its residents.  The David Weekly garden homes are exquisite.  One look and you can see why many cherish living here. According to NTREIS (the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems), there are currently two homes pending sale in Enclave at White Rock.  A 2402 square foot, 3 bed/2 bath home was listed for $310,000 and went to contract after 37 days on the market.  The other pending sale, a 2509 square foot, 3 bed/2 bath home, was listed for $329,500 and was on the market for 234 days.  That's an average of $130 per square foot. The gated community of Enclave at White Rock is comprised of 170 beautiful David Weekly developed garden homes.  The private stocked lake and wooded jogging trails are just a few of the amenities residents of the Enclave enjoy.  It's easy to see why David Weekly is often named as one of the top five home builders in the Metroplex area.  The most recent market statistics for the Enclave at White Rock seem to indicate that people are extremely happy living here. The Enclave at White Rock Lake in Dallas Texas was developed and built by David Weekly Homes between 1998 and 2000.   It is a gated development of  approximately 170 garden homes very close to White Rock Lake.   The community has a private, stocked "lake" as well as its own wooded jogging trails.
