Peronsally, I believe these days it's more like 85%. Consumers have access to the MLS listings in most regions, right? Look at your local board's MLS listings. What makes a property stand out? Don't most consumers, and us, look at the house picture first? That's what gets the eye first - imagery!So, why not invest your time and some money to make your listings STAND OUT? Don't we need every edge?Use your existing software on your computer and/or any free ware that's out there to EDIT your house pictures to make sure that that the pictures are Bright, Hues are Brilliant and Correct, and Images are sharp. It's amazing how many crap Realtors and associates that I've come across in this business. Most don't return calls even to other Realtors. How bad is that? I understand how consumers feel about Realtors and the rap that the hard working, ethical, and good Realtors get. Bummer. Well this tough market is going to wash out many Realtors out of the business. Diversification is a key to survival in a tough employment market like in sales.
