In Windridge Subdivision 5 homes have sold during the first 7 months of 2008.  The average sold price was $398,400 which was $149 per square foot.  This time last year 5 properties also sold, but they were slightly smaller, averaging $380,000 and $153 per square foot. Currently, there are two homes under contract, and there are 4 homes on the market.  The active listings include some of the larger homes in the subdivision, and average $487,338.
