I am blessed to have a number of truly wonderful clients who I genuinely like!  I listed a home last week nestled in the tree tops overlooking the rolling hills of North West Austin.  Sitting on the wrap around porches hearing the rustling of the trees, the birds chirping and feeling utterly spellbound from nature's beauty you know you have found a sanctuary!  The inside is tastefully decorated and once you have driven up the steep drive you don't want to leave!  I truly felt priced right this home would sell quickly.  Sure enough the first 3 showings loved the home but had small children and did not like the steep driveway.  The fourth couple sat on the porches and could not believe their find!  They had been looking for 6 months for a home like this!  Their agent instantly encouraged ...
