Look a the black and white image above from Mueller Austin - it shows a collection of garden homes facing a green space. The great news about these  homes is that the HOA maintains the grass and the landscaping but it's yours to enjoy with your neighbors. One benefit of the home we're listing for sale is that it occupies a corner lot and this affords it two things. The first is a larger than average lot so there's a private side yard with the home. There were about 20 people who joined in the Travis Audubon Society just this weekend for a bird walk in Mueller. They walked through the wildest areas of Mueller witnessing 34 different types of species including raptors, ducks, and other water fowl, songbirds, and some large waders. This event was made possible because of an open space with taller grasses and diverse habitat such as the water, grasses, trees, etc. which demonstrates the value of the prairie areas, weeds and all. The wildlife would not be abundant if Mueller only had traditional turf lawns and parks.Read full article here.
