Right now, there are 158 homes listed for $1,000,000 or more in the Nashville Real Estate area.  The most expensive one is a Lodge Estate on 8.03 acres.  A 2-story, 11,054 sq. ft. home featuring a limestone waterfall in the entrance foyer, a Guest House, Library, Putting Green, Pool w/Rainfall, Hot Tub and Outdoor Fireplace.  The Master Bedroom is 22x24.  It's awesome!  Priced at $6,900,000.  I'm an Exclusive Buyer's Agent, so I don't have this listed, but I sure could help you buy this or any of the other homes in the Nashville area.  http://www.NashvilleRealEstateAuthority.com !  Anyone interested?

While attending a MREA seminar the other day it came to my attention that many real estate agents do not have marketing materials in the home that might help in sales. I would like to share a piece of information that was given to me from Richard Courtney, current President of Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS and managing broker for Fridrich & Clark Music Row Office. It is a Open House Scorecard. What I have done is make a brochure that on the front says,Welcome to our Open Houseinside, are six columns for information about each open house that they go to and catagoriesthat allow to track information about each property visited. on the back, all my contact information. This tool has been very helpful to the potential customers and clients and gives them some information about you...
