We came to Nashville for a vacation quite a few years ago....and fell in love with the area.  There are so many things to love that it's hard to put them in order.  First, the scenery is beautiful.  It's not the mountains, but it's hilly enough for gorgeous scenic views.  We live near Old Hickory Lake, which gives us lovely lake views.The climate is great.  We do have four seasons, but winter is usually short and mild.  The short winter is just enough to help us appreciate the spring season.  We're far enough south that we don't have the sometimes severe midwest and northern weather....and we're far enough north and west that we don't get the hurricanes.  There is an occasional tornado, but I've only seen four major ones in the past 30 years.I don't know of anywhere in the country that ... 03/24/2007

While attending a MREA seminar the other day it came to my attention that many real estate agents do not have marketing materials in the home that might help in sales. I would like to share a piece of information that was given to me from Richard Courtney, current President of Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS and managing broker for Fridrich & Clark Music Row Office.It is a Open House Scorecard.
