As I continue to spend time doing short sales and working on the foreclosure world, it is amazing to me how the lenders just don't get it. Most are still requiring offers to postpone foreclosure sales which is ridiculous in todays current market. When are they going to wise up and realize postponing foreclosures when a home is aggressively being marketed as a short sale is in their best interest? 11/06/2008
