It has a Brentwood mailing address but is actually located in south Davidson County in what we call the Nippers Corner area. With the front and back entrances one can head in any direction, depending on the time of day and traffic issues, with great ease. Copperfield had no sales the first quarter of 2009. 2010 started off with a bang with 3 properties already closed and another pending.
