Ok, let's figure this thing out.  I need to talk about me.  So, I am a realtor and have been since Feb. 2007.  I have since received my E-PRO designation.  I have sold, or listed 18 properties in that time.  During all of this I can honestly say that I am having a ball.  I have the absolute best Broker in the world and her name is Nancy Carroll.  The sweetest little southern lady you would ever want to meet. I try to treat all of my clients like I would want someone to treat my own family.  I think if you treat everyone like that then you can never go wrong. I am very patriotic and love to volunteer for things.  I led the Relay For Life in Millington this year and we had a ball.  We ended up raising over 25,000.00 but we still need more to hit our goal of 40,000.00.  But, we will make i...

Want a country escape?  Here it is.  Located on 2.91 acres just outside the Millington, and less than 10 minutes to Millington NAS.  While it is small, it makes up for in charm.  2 bedrooms and one bath with bonus room, kitchen, living room and laundry closet.  Handicap accessible.  Fish on your pier in your own catfish pond.  There are three shops on the property.  One is beyond repair and should be demolished.  The other two are mechanic fabulous.  One is only two years old and is metal 12 x 26 with concrete floors.  The other needs doors but has concrete floors and full utilities plus it's own septic tank.  Bargain priced at $115,900 for this much property!!!  See it soon or it won't be there!Debbie MitchellReal Estate Mart of TN901-837-4444-office901-355-2937- cell

The market in Millington is basically the same as Tipton. It has its ups and downs but hopefully with the new people coming to the area we will see our market stabilize a little more. Commercial real estate in Millington is definetly on the rise. More and more businesses or either inquiring about the area or asking for more Demographics. Rumor has it IHOP will be here soon, and Peebles just opened up. The prediction from alot of the commercial agents out there is Millington is on its way to being the next Germantown Parkway with all the new businesses. With the area also being fed by the growth in Tipton County, its definetly a prime location.

I work all over the midsouth area but primarily work in Millington and Tipton County. I've been dabbling a little in the commercial side in Millington lately. I have a customer that wanted the demographics in the area and I was shocked at some of the numbers I received from the city. I moved to Millington when I was 8 years old and remember it being a city that was based around the navy base. When NAS decided to shutdown, the town was in an uproar wondering what was going to happen to our little country town. Millington became an operations center for the Navy and promised to bring in the higher commands. Even though our population took a hit on losing the training center, the higher commands brought more money into the town. I have watched our little one horse town start to thrive with...
