June 2016 Market Report on Page Estates, Clarksville Pages Estates is a good looking neighborhood and one of those communities where homeowners take pride in the care of their homes. The community is about 20 years old but there are also some newer homes and new construction going on.  The sales are up slightly from last year but what tells the story is that there are 4 under contract now. Located on Rossview Road adjacent to Rossview Schools, homeowners find that they have larger yards, quiet streets and no homeowners association. Because many of the lots are a half acre or more, the neighborhood feels like it is set in the country even though it is located in the city limits with city services like natural gas, public sewers and city water.
