I start this article with great pride and joy! One year ago, a magnificent group of local Pawleys Island, SC volunteers and I started the first Annual St. Christopher's Children 5k Race. Starting a 5k charity based race was no easy task, but we were all up for the challenge! With my co-race coordinator Melissa Dunn and me, Jennifer Grant, We tackled what seemed to be the impossible last year. We put together a first ever 5k race in 6 weeks. Local landmark, Lands End re-opening creating 40-50 jobs for locals of Georgetown, Pawleys Island area! Re-open April 26th, Lands End restaurant located on Hwy 17 at the northern edge of Georgetown SC, this local landmark seafood restaurant is hoping to breathe new life into the old Land End. Plans of a complete renovation on the inside are underway still maintaining the charm that kept all the locals and tourist coming by year after year to enjoy the food and the beautiful views of the water. Hi All, I don't usually share many links, but I read a great article this morning on how to help prevent people from stealing your content, or at the very least to help sway them not to. It's one thing to re-order words change things up because there is only so much you can write about a particular area for instance, like the history of a location or if it's a article you are passing along as a resource to your clients, but I like to at least credit the author if applicable. The first paragraph in the article is so dead on. It talks about how you bust your butt, straining your brain, days/months of researching like crazy and pulling all nighters to get your content and ideas up, then someone that is too lazy to do their own work, comes along and copies what you've worked so hard to prod... 04/14/2010

I was sitting here this morning thinking what should I blog about? As I was trying to concentrate my kids were running around the house, my 3 year old climbing all over the top of me and then I hear it..."Mom, let's go to the beach!" I paused, realizing I was too late for church this morning, thinking to myself, hello...we live right here, 1.5 miles away from one of the most gorgeous beaches and truly a celebration of what God has given us! I went to real estate school in Murrells Inlet, SC and passed the course. Wow, that is a lot of real estate information to take absorb in a couple of weeks time! As I am moving along with my progess to sell real estate in Pawleys Island and Mrytle Beach, I find myself flooded with decisions. I have been working like crazy writing content about Pawleys Island, Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet. I've always heard content is king!  I have a question for all you experienced Realtors. Pawleys Island Homes for sale Pawleys Island, SC has been a place of true luxury relaxed living. Most of the real estate markets in the country have felt the effects of the economic down turn and price have went down significantly. Pawleys Island Homes for sale have stayed pretty stable as far as pricing. The area has not had nearly as many foreclosures as other parts of the Myrtle Beach area.
