As we all know there are tons of condos for sale on the market in the Myrtle Beach South Carolina area. We all have seen the typical condo, haven't we? I see all the outdated units out there all the time. I always suggest to the seller, if they have the room in the price to fix unit to TURN-KEY condition. People tend to want that new feeling. I start with paint, not too dark or too bold. I then go the carpet, not too light or too dark. Also suggest berber in our area due to sand. I then look at light fixtures, if dated I tell that they can get nice fixtures that are very inexpensive, but look nice. Not the builders lights. I then look at appliances, if they match or not. Too many Realtors do not have their clients or prospects sign agency. The next thing you know, you get an email or call saying, we already bought. I had several showings set up for a perspective client  starting @ 10:00 am one morning. I waited and waited, then I called about 10:30 am and this guy says, we stopped at a home on the way and already bought. I had asked them were they working with another Realtor from my 1st point of contact and they said,NO. I think that we need to not get hung up on things like this. I just suck it up and go on. First off, Welcome.At this time I'd like you to know that I will be giving you a summary and or my insights as to what is going on here in the southeast concerning our real estate market here in the Myrtle Beach area and would like to assist you in any way I can.
