If you’re not familiar with Seaside Farms in Mt. Pleasant it’s time to change that. I found some of the most awesome Seaside Farms Mt Pleasant real estate there that I’ve come across in a very long time. Many of the custom built homes are already up and for sale while others are still in the custom design stage. One thing is obvious when you look at these homes and that is neither the quality nor the spaciousness were scrimped on by the builder.I found Seaside Farms Mt Pleasant real estate in this pedestrian friendly neighborhood to range in price from $800k for a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath custom built home offering 3,304 sq ft to a very affordable $90k for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo currently in short sale status. Whether you invest in a large home or opt for condo living, you get to enjoy a ...

Pleasant, SCSunday, April 29, 201211:30am-6:00pm(843) 884-8517 The Blessing of the Fleet and Seafood Festival has grown into such a recognized event that it has become a destination – spawning a week of activities centering on the shrimping industry. It has outgrown its original venue and has been relocated to the new Memorial Waterfront Park at the foot of the Arthur Ravenel Bridge. Mount Pleasant Mayor Billy Swails welcomed the move and looked forward to greater attendance this year. “The Blessing of the Fleet at Alhambra Hall and Park has attracted an increasingly larger crowd over the years. The market in Mt Pleasant's $300-400K range has 4 month of inventory... clearly a seller's market!   If you put a good home on the market, you may very well get multiple offers in the first week. Don't under price a move in ready home when you finally have data to back it up!  Please contact me if you have any questions... Buying or selling? I'm ready and waiting for your call.

I'm not quite sure that this would make me put extra Fritos in my buggie.   I'm also pretty sure I would not be bummed if I have bought Fritos yesterday for 2 cents more.   Please know, as an agent, I want to get you the most amount of money, in the least amount of time, with the least amount of problems as possible.  This is why I spend so much time talking with you about pricing and days on market BEFORE I list your home.   You see changing your price 2 thousand dollars 6 weeks after listing is as silly as changing it 2 cents.   Price it right from the beginning and your buyer will come!   Please let me know if you have any questions.   I'd love to discuss the market with you.

Is there anything prettier than colorful bushes or flowers if you love gardening and color?  I'm thankful for the abundance of beauty today and that I took the time to look and savor.  Red and green are 2 of my favorite colors and I think it's because they are so strong when nature starts to turn brown, grey, or in some areas white.  I hope you saw something beautiful today and enjoyed!

Yeah - Just 1 hour till I pick my son up from school and his Christmas Break begins!  We are so excited. No alarm clock! Late nights of games and movies!  Fun with friends from morning till bedtime!  What's not to love? Of course, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day celebrations and services to attend! This is the first year my lil man bought a gift for his "girlfriend".  He selected the cutest necklace with the letter "J" hanging from it as her name begins with J.  He will be giving it to her while in the "car rider" line.  I'm sure he is very excited.  Remember the first time you ever gave a "girlfriend or boyfriend" a gift?  So fun!

November 2011 Sold Terms and Market Statistics Property Type:  Single Family Homes Location: Mt Pleasant, South Carolina It's a proven fact and can be seen above that people will not submit an offer on a home until it is within 5% of what they are willing to pay.  As you can see as soon as these homes hit that "buyer comfort" level they SOLD.   If you are not receiving offers or you are but the offers are too low... bottom line you are priced too high! Sales that occur within the first 100 days average 96% of the original price.   Please contact me if you have any questions or if you need my help...
