Mike Ray held an open house today at 52 Alumni on Lady's Island in Beaufort South Carolina.  It was a Broker Open House and he had 7 people attend.  He gave away 4 X $20.00 gas cards.  If you don't believe in good karma, you will now.  Earlier in the day, Mike visited another open house that was giving away a $50.00 prize drawing and he won that drawing!  His open house ended up only costing him $30.00 and he now has 7 Realtors who are more familar with the home and property!
