Springfield Neighborhood in Fort Mill, SC Real Estate Report & Neighborhood SpotlightQuarter 3 - 2021 13 homes sold in Springfield during the Third Quarter 2021, nine fewer than in the same quarter one year ago. Springfield had one fewer listing for sale than in the same quarter one year ago. For a community with some 500 homes, 11 new listings is essentially a drop in the bucket. The overall lack of new listings was also reflected in the drop in average days on market, which were down 75.61% to 10 days from 41 days compared with the same quarter one year ago. Median days on market were just three days. Average sale price for single family homes in Springfield in the Third Quarter 2021 was $812,346. Median sale price was $760,000.
