Fort Mill, SC Housing Report For April 2025Market Trends For Home Prices, Sales, Inventory, Days on Market In April In April 2025, Fort Mill home sales rose for a second consecutive month, jumping 31.9% to 153 from 116 in March. Compared with April 2024, sales were up 57.73%, though still 67 below April 2023 sales. Closed sales were at their highest level since June 2023. New listings increased a fourth consecutive month, rising 14.14% from March and 8.13% year-over-year reaching 226 and higher than April 2023, as well. Inventory climbed for the fifth month in a row, up 5.34% from March to 513--the highest level in three years.
