Charleston, SC ~ Earlier we posted the blog below about That BIG book Sale and today we had the chance to go get our hands on some awesome books and videos. There must have been over 10,000 books and videos to choose from. We purchased mostly children's books for Josh, we got 12-15 books for him. We purchased 1 wine book for me (Jim). Lastly, we purchased 6 videos for Josh. Now all the videos were VHS, but we didn't mind. After all, we have two VHS players that we never use and he loves the ones that we picked out. So all that for only $18.00 was not a bad deal. We have all ready read 2 books to Josh prior to his nap. Got to love those great deals. ***Previous Post*** Charleston, SC ~ Once again book lovers, to include myself, will come out for some awesome books at this years "That BIG...

Due to the enormously high foreclosure rate right now, foreclosures & short sales has been a "Hot" topic of great discussion over the past two years. Recent statistic show that "shorts sales" & "Bank Owned Properties" are accounting for 50% of the properties for sale in the Charleston area. "How do you "short sale" a property" is a question many new members ask.... but the question that they should be asking is..."How can I make money off of short sales?" Tomi Dinkins, is considered to be one of the top experts in the state on the subject of Foreclosures & short sales. Tomi will explain the process, why some properties are better than others, how long they normally take, which lenders are easier to work with and how to "monetize" short sales. If you are a beginning wholesaler, talking ...

"On a recent evening I bought into a limited partnership, flipped a bed and breakfast for a quick profit, tripled my money on "OK4U" pharmaceutical stock. I also got downsized from my teaching job, bought a duplex and had a baby. After all that, I managed to get out of the proverbial rat race."                                                                                       - Sarah Max, CNN/Money Senior Writer It's CashFlow 101 Time Again! The answer to this question is a resounding, "yes!"  The phrase, "I am doing this because I really care about people" may sound cliche, but it is really true.  Home Staging and Interior Redesign are both very rewarding. Helping others acheive their goals!... Home Staging is a perfect industry to be in if you really want to get the feeling that you have made a difference in someone's life.  Each time a house I have staged sells, I experience joy I get because I know I genuinely helped someone acheive their goals.  Giving people a new space!... Personally, Interior Redesigns are more enjoyable for me because my clients are able to "live with the new look" and appreciate the change.  Even simple changes can make their homes feel like a totally different space which gives them a fresh outlo...

Ah - The time between the "my client wants to make an offer on your property...do you have anything yet" and the offer arriving can be torture!  When should you get excited?  When do you tell the client? Can you walk around the office without a smirk on your face?  Yeah baby...offer coming, offer coming is singing in your head but then the clock ticking becomes louder than your happy little offer coming song.  Hey maybe "offer coming" could be a top 10 hit?  Alright that was me just trying to think about something other than my "offer coming" and it didn't help!  What have your list to offer percent differences been? What have your list to sale percent differences been? Asking questions isn't making the song in my head go away....help...where's the offer! The next 2 months are going to ...
