 Recently I wrote a post about HUD wondering how on Earth one single agent could take care of over 400 HUD listings spread across an entire state. I for one believe that there is no way that one agent can keep up with them all, but I suppose HUD and all their glory disagrees. But enough about that bone to pick, let's move on to another strike at the lack of genius that HUD has displayed.  For those of you who are unaware of it, you have to be HUD certified in order to make an offer on a HUD listing.  I have read a lot on AR these days and heard more in other places about the "good old days". Well, if you haven't figured it out on your own, then let me be the first to explain to you that those days are gone. I don't remember penny candy and if you could buy a $20,000 house in my lifetime, then they call it a lot. That's the dirt pile that you build a home on in case you aren't familiar with the "scientific term".  I hear my parent talk about the "good old days" all the time. Here's the major problem with that mentality, they live in the same time that I do. It's called the present and the days when they could go to town with a dollar bill, see a movie, grab a burger, and go home with change are over. I thought that there was no point in fighting what was inevitable, and I still believe this is true. We had that FHA 203k loan basics meeting in Columbia SC last week with David Sovde, Consultant. It was interesting.    Geremy Saitz was named Blythewood High Schools interm football coach on 6 August 2007. Geremy Saitz was previously the teams assistant coach since 2005.    Saitz has been running the team since Reggie Shaw resigned after the Bengals were found to have held illegal practices for the second time since May.   Those infractions landed the Blythewood High School football team on probation, which prevents them from competing in playoffs and defending their Class 3A state Championship.     Blythewood opens the regular season on Aug. 24 against Ridge View.
