These four homes ranged from $178,000 for a 2 bedroom apartment to $386,000 for a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath town home.Thirteen homes are pending, that is they are awaiting settlement having progressed through home inspections and mortgage contingencies.Four homes are under contract, the first step after receiving an offer before going pending. Tredyffrin Township spraying for Mosquitoes   Thursday night 7/31/14 from 8.30 pm to midnight Tredyffrin Township is going to be spraying some areas of the township for mosquitoes. A mosquito with West Nile Virus was recently discovered in Downingtown and this may be the impetus for this action. For more information and a map you can go to the Chester County website.
