Where when and how do you receive a COVID19 Vaccine that seems to be the question? My one neighbor tells me you have to sign up on the state website but when she sent me the link it was for Rite-Aid and it said no appointments available. Then it asked for my medical history.Scrolled across the top it said for new patients only. That was not me. I had received Flu shots there so that had my information plus prescriptions  I called my local Rite Aid and spoke with the Pharmacist she asked me to hold as she needed to get a list to put me on. When she came back on the phone she took my name and phone number and said they would call me in a month. My neighbor insists that if I am not signed up on the website I will not receive the Vaccine  I also called my local Pharmacy where I get some of ...

What is happening in Delaire Landing Gated Waterfront Condo Community. Values are up and properties are not staying on the market very long if they are priced right. It is certainly a seller's market. It is no longer a secret Delaire Landing is the place to live. The rec center is still under construction. The office is still closed but calls are being answered in a timely manner when messages are left. It is my understanding that management is looking for a new printer to do the newsletter. There was one snowstorm so far this season and four seasons did a wonderful job in clearing the development of the snow.  What am I thankful for about Active Rain - There are so many things I am grateful for I could type all-day I remember going to Rain Camp and meeting all the people I blogged with   The main speaker was this really down-to-earth guy that Bob Stewart introduced  . He was dressed in The North-Face jacket and spoke about creating a long tall tail Niche. I found him fascinating. I absorbed everything he said like a dry sponge that was dropped into a bucket of water. He spoke for hours but it seemed like minutes. Bob would interject they had slide shows everything made sense. By the way, the speaker's name was Ben Kinney . He made a huge impression on me   This was not the last time I had heard Ben speak. I put what he taught into use and I can tell you it works.  Let's see what's happening in Delaire Landings Gated Waterfront Condo Community. Once again someone ran into the resident's gate and repairs were done in record speedy time. Halloween landscaping was done in Delaire Landing looked beautiful, colorful, and festive Four Seasons did a beautiful job  The annual flea market was held outdoors the year. It was different than the other years but enjoyed by many residents as they were so happy to see each other and socialize.   Delaire Landing Community continues to be a very desirable place to live in.  Cleo was nowhere to be found. She usually lays on the sofa and sleeps. She will wake up and come over to the computer where there are a chair and pillows for her. She taps me on the arm to let me know she is there. Yesterday I realized she was nowhere to be found. I looked around for her and found her in my bed snuggled against my new bedding right on top of the pillows. I really had to laugh and she was kind enough to allow me to take her picture.

 Delaire Landing Listing Sold over full price. An agent in my office was the first agent in the listing. There were three other showings but he was the only agent that wrote an offer. The buyer had a house to sell the seller was fine with allowing him fifteen days to get it under contract. The buyer's agent had it under contract in three days.   Everything moved so smoothly when agents work together and communicate. It was a forty-five-day closing. The seller was moving into another condo in Delaire Landing on the first floor this was a third-floor unit. She had lived there for many years and the steps were getting too much for her.  We all know about COVID19 and to wear a mask Please remember to Social Distance. Here is another health concern we should all remember especially this time of year. That is the Flu Shot. Today when I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication there was a sign saying I could get my Flu Shot there.   I am also receiving emails reminding me not to forget. Many insurance companies cover the Flu Shot at no additional charge, especially for senior citizens. here is a short video

 A beautiful house was sold in a market with low inventory. Everything was updated and staged beautifully but we all know that no house is perfect. The buyer had a home inspection and there were very minor repairs required which the buyer asked for only one and the seller agreed to do. The Buyer and the seller had become friendly during the sale.  They exchanged phone numbers which they were very proud of. The seller would say oh the buyer stopped by and we had such a nice talk. I advised the seller against this. Saying he, not your friend he is purchasing your house. Let us take a look at what is going on in the Delaire Landing Gated Community. Condos  are in high demand in this development . No sooner are they listed for sale than are they going under contract. There is one unit on the first floor that has gone under contact three times. The problem? My assumption is the appraisal but is not my place to say. Taking into consideration the Pandemic residents have adjusted fairly well .They do miss the Club House and the social events that Delaire Landing offer under normal circumstances.  We are very fortunate one of the residents have put together some outdoor events with some excellent results. Working mostly from home since March 18 has made me look at my business in a whole new way. A revaluation took place. New printer and a new 27 inch all in one computer setup. The laptop that had lasted my over seven years was tired. It was time to invest in a new system. Now I am set up with a large screen and I love it. The printer scanner copier all match up and synced all together so easily it was scary. Just to make it clear I am a PC.  I rarely go into the office I can send everything in. We have two offices.  Let me start with saying that Delaire Landing is a wonderful place to live. It is a gated waterfront community comprised of condos and an apartment community situated on the Delaware River in NE Philadelphia just bordering Bucks County Pennsylvania. There is a guard on duty twenty -four hours a day-at the entrance . Residents have their own access keys to enter the gate for private security. This makes this community very desirable  There are many amenities inside these gates including but not limited to : two gorgeous pools with a view of the river one heated and the other a refreshing lap pool,tennis courts , recreation center , gym, library and an observation deck .   This year because of COVID19 many of these amenities were closed for health reasons. Recently I rented property to one of my clients. I was happy to help them. It was a beautiful unit in the development    I showed them the pool on the river.  I explained to them the community and all the amenities. We had done a whole tour of the community and walked the grounds. It is a lovely place especially the time of day we were there with the boats sailing by as we walked to the deck.
