Yesterday, at the settlement of the previous Sales Center, for the Franklin Chase Community, there was chit chat among the agents, buyers, and sellers. For the past few months, my second home has been the beautiful Sales Center at Franklin Chase. Located in Lincoln University, Pa at 204 Betsy Ross Lane, I have acquired a fondness for this beautiful home. Betsy Ross and I go way back, when I first met her she was a diamond in the rough, just waiting to shine. She was a bit dusty, and a bit bare, but after a little bit of TLC from her loved ones, she surely shined. Sitting alone at night after I bid her a fond farewell for the day, she waited for a family to call her home. She was built with great attention to detail, strong and sound, and beauty on the inside and out. It would not be long until a family came along who wanted to call her theirs.
