 If you have ever been to Oregon then you know why I say this. We have one of the best cheese factories in the world with the Tillamook Cheese Factory in Tillamook, Oregon. There is nothing like cutting off a fresh piece of Tillamook Cheese and either eating it plain or putting it on a cracker. I will also add that it makes for a great addition to a tasty buffalo burger cooked on a smoker in the backyard.Today I was eating both medium cheddar and smoked cheddar and boy was it good. If you haven't experienced the taste of Tillamook cheese, then you need to visit the Tillamook cheese factory website and find out where to buy it near you. Tillamook is a beautiful and interesting place to live.  There is something for everyone with so many activities in the county to choose from.  If you like to explore the great outdoors, we have our clean beaches, our wonderful forests, and our many rivers.  People who enjoy the great outdoors here often spend their time hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, surfing, beach combing, dune racing, canoeing, kyaking, whale watching, storm watching, and more.Tillamook has a large farm industry, producing the famed Tillamook Cheese.  You may have watched cheese being made on John Ratzenburger's show.  If you haven't, you may want to keep an eye out for it.  The cheese factory also makes ice cream and wow, what a treat!        01/25/2007
