Grant Park and Irvington are located in prime NE areas close to Portland, Lloyd Center and the Max.  I currently have a home for sale there, and was doing a little walking around the neighborhood.  What makes Portland, Oregon so unique, in my opinion, is the fact that each neighborhood has its own personality and hidden shops or eateries.  If you live in Irvington and Grant Park, there are a lot of restaurants, parks, and shops to choose from.  You could stroll down to Grant Park, or even Hollywood, or walk to all of the shops on Broadway.  Beaumont village is also a quick bike ride, as is Wilshire Park.  One of my favorite little areas is tucked into Irvington and includes the Foster and Dobbs and Mio Gelato stores. This is a perfect mix for a neighborhood, especially inn the hot summ...

Wonderful 3 bedroom property that is 5 homes from Grant Park is now listed at $344,900 by Matt Ricker at Keller Williams Realty Professionals.  This property has over 2500 square feet over three floors and has all of the updates that you would want.  Great care has been made to update electrical outlets, the water main, sewer line, roof, chimney, garage floor, cabinetry, countertops and appliances while maintaining the Bungalo character expected of a home of this era.  This is the best value in Grant Park!  See more photos at http://www.grantparkbungalo.com

This Grant Park BUngalo is an amazing value at $360,000 for its unbeatable location near Central Portland, Freemont and its shops, Beaumont Village, the Lloyd Center, and even the Max!  When talking about some of Portland's popular schools, Beverly Cleary and Grant High School are high on the list. This lovely 1920's Bungalo is steps from Grant Park, literally 5 homes away from the playground, sports fields, and all this park has to offer.  At this price, you won't find a nicer blend of space, condition and location.  With over 2500 square feet of livable space, a detached garage, and a great 5000 square foot backyard, this home can grow with your family. This home includes the beautiful built-ins, hardwood floors, and craftsman detail you would expect from a home in this era, but it h...

(On Stage home staging and redesign co. Portland, OR.)
This home was staged 3 months ago and did have some challenges.  It was a higher priced property, on a busy street, and had a poorly updated master bath.  It was agreed upon that the master bath did not match up with the price of the home, so it was remodeled.  After all was said and done, the home sold.  To view other properties that we have staged, please go to our web site:  www.onstage-online.com
