Homes for Sale in Forest Heights I love Forest Heights and I love selling homes for sale in Forest Heights. The great location of Forest Heights and the commute to either Downtown or the high-tech industries in the Silicon Forest make this area one of my top picks. Forest Heights is a high-end area, no question about that.  But what I'm finding is that the homes for sale in Forest Heights are not the first-time buyers' price points.  So the inventory is still quite strong, the homes for sale in Forest Heights are necessarily flying off the shelves compared to the price points of other first-time home buyers ranges.  And, because of the past few years, there are still some very well-priced homes for sale in Forest Heights. Forest Heights Mill Pond When the sun was out this morning, and not a cloud in the sky, I thought I'd scratch Forest Heights Mill Pond off my "to do" list.  Meaning, for the longest I've wanted to go up to Forest Heights and photograph the area and Mill Pond, a lovely central focal point of the Forest Heights Community.  At 10:00 a.m., when I planned Forest Heights Mill Pond into my day, the sky was clear, the sun was shining.  By 1:00 p.m., when I headed out, clouds were quickly moving overhead.  Mill Pond isn't captured with the blue sky background I envisioned.  Oh, well Forest Heights and Mill Pond will be there for another day.  Maybe next post, I'll focus on the lovely, GORGEOUS homes in Forest Heights around Mill Pond. We recently staged a new construction home for a repeat builder/developer client.  It was such a nice house to work in, with top quality materials and careful attention to detail.  What a great bonus when as stagers, we have an appreciative client as well!  Here are some photos of the finished project ... it sold in less than 90 days, much faster than the other new homes in this development. 03/16/2008
