Has anyone been there lately?  This mall was not my favourite place to shop in recent years but the mall has undergone a mega transformation.  Not only has the Promenade been redecorated but the retailers there have mostly changed including new addition: American Apparel Coach Lucky Brand Jeans and many more. When buyers are looking on the web at the listing photos, they want to see how they could live in your property. A vacant home does not create a sense of how big a room is or how the family could envision themselves living there.   On July 10, 2008 the federal government has cracked down on the mortgage industry with new rules that will make it more difficult for consumers to borrow. The key points of the legislation are summarized below. A. All mortgages to have at least a 5% down payment. Currently, competition in the mortgage industry has allowed consumers to put zero money down on a home and still get a competitive rate. B. Insured mortgage products have an amortization period of no longer than 35 years. In the past two years, the amortization period has stretched from 25 years to as much as 40, with some people suggesting a 50-year amortization was next. C.
