The Trade ShowRecently in my home town of Milton Ontario we had a home show which is a showcase of the local businesses in the community. It was a three day event held in the local sports arena. My office prudential town Centre realty had a booth that my team had majority of the floor time. WE handed out my personal brochure along with a copy of our Marketwatch newsletter and spoke to everyone who walked by. At the time of the home show I had been doing the 10/10/20 for about a month and I was surprised at the recognition I got for just that. Many people commented on me coming to their door. My marketing campaign to my farm of 10,000 has been going for 4 months. Between that and knocking on doors everyone seems to know my name. Milton has been recognized has the fastest growing community in all of Canada with over 71% growth in the last 5 years. The town has enjoyed the growth of many new parks, shops, and restaurants, also a large increase in property values. Last spring home owner enjoyed getting what they wanted approximatly 17% of the homes sold got 100% of asking price or more.  Milton is a great place to live,  close to the 401 and 407 highways, 20 minutes to Acton, Georgetown,  Mississauga, Brampton, Burlington, and Oakville, Also 35 minutes to Toronto & Hamilton.
