Great Mexican food in Kitchener. Last week my colleague and I popped out of the office for a quick lunch at Holy Guacamole.  Located at 14 Duke Street East, downtown Kitchener, this spot serves up great Mexican food.    (photo scooped from the Holy Guacamole website) Holy! The burritos were great!  Everything is made to order, and fast.  I had the Pulled Pork burrito, with a serving of corn chips and guacamole on the side.  Other options available are: chipotle beef, lime marinated chicken, grilled vegetables and spicy chorizo sausage. These new condos are really going to transform the downtown core and will be the go to destination for the years to come. Located on prime real estate these two towers will have around 400 condominium units. One tower will be facing Duke and Young St and the other one will face King Street. By Warren McNeil, Maybe you didn't know that Google had an office in Waterloo. Well they do and they are now moving their office to downtown Kitchener to the Lang Tannery building. They are planning on making the move this year. I think this is a smart move on Google's part because they are moving into an area that is undergoing huge changes. I have blogged in the past about the new condo developments in the downtown core. Some of the upcoming condo developments are the Arrow lofts (Auburn) and the Centre City Condominiums (Andrin). One of the best things about this move is that apparently Google is aggressively hiring so  they need the larger space. Downtown Kitchener Living at its finest! We just listed a property in downtown Kitchener. The listing and all of the details can be found below but I wanted to take some time to talk about the area. The house that we just listed is really close to Victoria Park and The Tannery. I think this is a real selling feature for people thinking of moving into the downtown core.
