Crisp, cool, Cukes -  is that not the definition of Summer?   I love my cold soups and this cold cuke soup is addictive . . . (Can be an appetizer for 6) 4 large cucumbers, chopped to bits.  I don't peel mine.large handful of fresh mint, ripped to bits - maybe 1/2 cuptiny bit of fresh dill1 chicken soup cube disolved in 1/4 cup of hot water1 cup of light cremekosher salt to tastewhite pepper to taste3 tsp of sugar   Blend all the above in a blender and place in fridge for 2 or 3 hours.   Just before serving, whisk it all together and ladle into bowls.  I like to serve with a spoonful of sour cream on top with a spring of mint.  Susan Emo, Amateur Chef and Professional Realtor 07/11/2014

I love Sushi, I love Sashimi, I love tuna and I like anything on a stick! This dish is easy peasy and pretty too . . . For the Wasabi Dip2 TBSP wasabi powder1 1/2 TBSP water1/2 cup Mayonnaise Mix the wasabi and the water in a small bowl to blend.  Then whisk in the Mayo.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.  You can make this a day in advance if you like.   TUNA: 1 pound of fresh tuna cut into 3/4 inch cubes2 1/2 TBSP soy sauce Combine tuna and soy sauce in medium sized bowl and toss to coat.  Marinate for 30 minutes at room temp. Israeli couscous is imported from Israel. Because of its large, even sized pearls of toasted pasta, this couscous takes on flavours easily and adapts well to many flavours. Israeli couscous is a small, round pasta-like granule made from semolina and wheat flour. It should not be confused with the tiny, yellow North African couscous.
