Hello everyone, I am looking for verbiage ideas to put in my home inspection report that will help all Realtors promote home warranties.  Too often home inspectors are blamed for spoiling a sale or being too negative in their reports.  In reality we are hired to point out the condition of the house and report on them.  In the future I will write other blogs for you to positively effect the design of my reports.  I feel helping you promote home warranties would be a great place to start.  Can't wait to hear your ideas! 12/16/2008

I would like to know what Realtors really want and look for in a home inspector.  I want this to be a very broad topic of discussion and hope many Realtors respond with open heart honesty.  Lets face it, one will never know how another thinks unless one tells the other! I am starting this blog to talk about my Navy career and all the fun and not so fun times..I joined the Navy in 1993 at the end of the Gulf War as a means to go to college.  While looking at jobs in the Navy, 'Sonar Technician' came up as my first match.  I was hooked,  I wanted it!  There was one catch, it was a submarine position.  What could be more interesting than submarines?I entered boot camp at Great Lakes, Illinois in October, just before it got VERY COLD.  After 8 weeks of "fun" times, I graduated and headed to Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, Connecticut for submarine school, fire fighting school, sonar school and acoustic analysis school.After graduating from the various schools, I had a choice of where I was to be stationed.  What could be better than Hawaii?  Lit... 11/13/2008
