Stone Creek New Restaurant in West Chester Ohio I had lunch today at the new restaurant in West Chester called Stone Creek which just opened this past Monday May 2, 2010. I had their Chicken Club, Onion Soup, and Iced Tea. Total cost, $14 dollars and some change. The server also brought bread which was very good.  Actually I ordered too much, by the time the sandwich was served I was half full. The waitress did a very good job describing the various items on the menu before I made my selection. She also mentioned that Stone Creek Dining Company has 2-3 restaurants in Indianapolis as well as another in the Cincinnati area. I sat in the bar area, which has unique decor. Lakota Hills Home in West Chester Ohio Sold/Pending and the sellers are happy! We listed the home during the first week of April. The home sold 17 days later. The sellers did a great job following all our recommendations to prepare the home for the market and for the buyers when they view the home. The challenge we had, was that the home had 3 bedrooms in an area that 4 bedrooms dominate and are preferred. We still wanted to receive top dollar. The Villages of Providence Subdivision is located just off of Tylersville Rd in West Chester Ohio. Tylersville Rd. runs East and West and will take you to I-75, or to Hamilton, Ohio a small city west of West Chester. The lake you see here is limited. Shamrock Shuffle was a Wet Success, but Still a Success. Just moments before the start of the Race. Shamrock Shuffle in West Chester, Ohio had approximately 1,300 sign up for the various runs; 5K, 10K, 5K Walk/Run/Stroll, and the Leprechaun Run  (½ mile run for those under 12). It was a wet, chilly morning. We gave out Free Green Hot Chocolate with marshmellows, Power Bars, and Coffee. Yes, it really is GREEN. The event takes place at The Square @ Union Centre in West Chester Ohio. As you can see the Days on Market for West Chester Ohio Real Estate has been increasing since the year 2000. January saw 125 New Listings enter the Real Estate Market in West Chester Ohio. Many of these listings were listed the previous year and as they expired in October/November/December the sellers wanted to wait until after the Holidays before placing their home back on the market. The graph below shows how the number of New listings dropped each month until the end of the year. Then in January the listings started coming back on the market.
