Twinsburg OH Real Estate  market is still very hot, although we watch a little bit of a slow down. Let's look at the statistics of active listings, contingent/pending and sold listing in Twinsburg.  As of 04/24/2015: 78 houses and condominiums are currently offered for sale,prices range from $45,000 to $620,000; average asking price is $225,939. Interesting that initial average asking price was $231,754. Not too much of a price reduction during 90 days that is an average days on market.We can understand an optimism of home sellers in Twinsburg as Buyers' activity is very high:  58 properties are currently under the contract, pending on closing of escrow. Real Estate update for the city of Twinsburg, prepared for 01/20/2015 - Here is what happened on the real estate market of Twinsburg, OH since last Tuesday report.   Three words to describe today's Twinsburg Real Estate market are LACK OF INVENTORY. Although we have some new listings, at least half of them are the houses to be built. So, if you are on the market to buy a home in Twinsburg today be prepared to wait for another 4-5 months before your house will be ready.  Another interesting trend on the market is a competition between the builders (specifically - Ryan Homes) and their former clients who start re-selling the houses built few years ago.
