So here I am with a listing that seems like it is just too good to be true. The property is priced incredibly for the neighborhood, It is a beautiful home with many updates. I have had 34 showings on the property with very little if any negative feedback and have yet to get an offer. I am really shocked by these developments and I am at a crossroad as to what to do next. The sellers have dropped the list price over $20,000 as they are extemely motivated and are looking for answers from me as to why we can't get into contract. The crazy part is I can not give them an honest answer because I don't understand myself. I know that property values are dropping like crazy but this home is priced incredibly for the neighborhood. If you are a Patakala resident you have seen the income tax levy be turned down for the 7th time.  I can see why people turn it down but I really don't know what Pataskala is going to do for funding?  We are going to end up losing services that we really need which is very sad.   I really think that the council is going to have to think of something else to do because the city can not go without police services and cleaning of the roads during the winter.  At the rate Pataskala is going if there is not something done than I think more and more people are not going to want to live in Pataskala. Especially when you live in one of the housing developments and they don't come and clean your road and you can't get out to go to work (and they will do that just like when you don't pass the sch...
