Can I Buy A Mason Home Without Selling My Current Home? The answer to your question is a resounding:  MAYBE. Yes, it's not as clear as an easy Yes or No, there's a lot of "it depends" involved. First and foremost it will depend on your financial position.  Solid income?  Lots of liquid cash?  What loan program are you using?  What's the value of the new home?  What's the value of the old home?  How long can you afford to pay double mortgages?
