Mason Ohio M/I Homes New Construction:  Alverta Phase II Opens August 16 2014 After a very successful phase I lottery in December 2013, M/I Homes is ready to accept contracts on the next 10 homes starting this Saturday morning at 9 a.m. in this Mason School District new construction community located just off the I71 Western Row interchange. But instead of a lottery, this time it's first come, first serve so we personally wonder if that means we'll be seeing sleeping bags on the model home front lawn Friday? Basically, 10 lots will be sold out of about 30 to pick from.  Expect homes to price in the upper $300's and beyond.  And while that Phase II Alverta sale is just a few days away, you still have time to get yourself ready to go. What are you going to need to do?  You're going to nee...
