During the week the price was changed in 3 of the listed properties, and there were 2 sales.  Maple Heights Real Estate is still a combination of two markets - one that we call "The Project, or To Be Remodeled Homes", the other one is "Livable Homes". None of them is dominant at this point, which is good. Serious investors still have opportunity to get a good project not just for holding as a rental but also for flip.
