Well, not exactly a "mugshot", but a photo of my "mug"!!! My first billboard went up recently, and I finally got down there to see it! What do you think? We are opening  a new Green office soon and getting our name out in the area to the local public! We have billboards up all over town and it is fun to see our familiar sign and all of our faces up there bigger than life! This billboard is at the corner of Strausser and Massillon Roads in Jackson Twp. Stark County, Ohio. I was pleasantly surprised at how little we had to pay for this ad for a month of exposure!

                                                                  I recently wrote of my renewed interest in Feng Shui. It was inspired by a visitor to my open house. He found it of the utmost importance in considering the home I have listed. He did mention that there are several schools of Feng Shui. I am not sure what he meant exactly, but I assume that he may have been referring to types or depth. It continues to be on my mind, so I think I will likely follow this interest further. My goal is to read and learn more- allowing a time slot in my day planner at least once a week. As it turned out, Jackson Local pulled off a miracle, with 51 percent of voters approving a 4.9-mill emergency operating levy. It's the first operating levy to pass in Stark County since Lake Local approved an 11.1-mill measure in a February 2006 special election. This is great news for all and the buses will be back running. When people are looking to purchase homes one of the most important things that most consider is how the schools are doing. Listing sold per Month is the average number of unit sales per month over the last 3 months.  Months of Supply is the absorption rate inventory derived by Supply/Demand.  And last is the Odds of Selling within 90 days.
