 We have been living through the reconstruction of Hilliard's downtown triangle for the past six months and its half way complete. The reconstruction of the triangle is being converted into two round abouts, this should be completed by mid summer, but construction will stop until March 2011. With one round about completed, I find driving through a roundabout different, they are here to stay. Roundabouts are becoming more common in the Dublin and Hilliard areas. Franklin County Fair grounds  is located  down town Hilliard. Over the years these grounds have had very little use outside our annual county fair. I really was excited to read that a feasibility study was underway to determine if the area could support indoor arena and other improvements.
