We're pretty proud of ourselves on this one. After festering on the Cincinnati real estate market for OVER a year with another Cincinnati Realtor, we sold this Columbia Tusculum home in the dead of winter in less than 60 days! It was an absolutely gorgeous home on one of the greatest streets in the neighborhood. We had the home staged, re-priced and re-packaged it, and presented it to the market with its own web page, evangelized like crazy to the agent community, and negotiated as creatively as possible. Here's the details on the place: 3 BR, 2.5 Bath with a phenomenal bonus room. It was recently renovated with new kitchen and baths, a new roof and deck. The place was awesome. For those of you thinking about Cincinnati's Hyde Park and Mt. Lookout neighborhoods, don't forget to check ou...

521 Tusculum is a 3 BR, 2.5 bath home in Columbia Tusculum, which we think is the best-kept secret in Cincinnati real estate for people that want an alternative to Hyde Park homes. Columbia Tusculum, which sits on the other side of Mt. Lookout, is only 8 minutes from downtown and even less from Hyde Park. A home like this would cost a hundred thousand dollars more in Hyde Park. Check it out:3 bedrooms2.5 baths3-tier deckbasement apartment/studiowood-burning fireplaceoff-street parkingVERY deep lot (in fact, it's the largest on the street)All this is offered at only $249,900!With the addition of Columbia Square being added (Columbia Tusculum will now have its own square like Hyde Park, Mt. Lookout, and Oakley), we think this property (and others in the neighborhood) are a great option / ...

This Cincinnati riverfront condo has just been re-listed. Reduced to $275,000, it's a 2 bed, 2 bath with garaged parking and premium finishes throughout! While the unit does not have a river view, the association most certianly does, and this place shines as an elegant resdience for the emerging professional. The club room is superb for entertaining, with a fireplace, granite bar, and billiards table. An in-house gym and sauna is perfect for working out. Location is stellar: you are a 5 minute drive from the job downtown and from eating, shopping and playing in greater Hyde Park! You can see more pictures at www.2233RiversideDrive2D.com.
