Windsor Woods Broadview Heights Ohio Real Estate Market Report 4th Quarter 2011 Welcome to Windsor Woods in Broadview Heights, Ohio.  This lovely subdivision was established in 1995, with the first family moving into their custom built home in early 1996.  There are approximately 81 homes here and the majority were custom built.  The original deed restrictions called for 75 % brick on the front elevation, side load garages, and a minimum of ~2800 square feet, bringing a nice consistency to the neighborhood. The majority of lots are wooded and many have a depth of 250 feet or more.  Windsor Woods is conveniently located to I77, and about 25 minutes from downtown Cleveland.
