I've always admired how beautiful sunsets are in other parts of the country. Our sunsets and surises on Long Island are more beautiful to see on the Eastern end of Long Island where the land is more low lying and of course from the beach. Consider Yourself Mooned! These aren't the best photos since I didn't have a tripod handy and had to hold the camera. The moon was so bright Thursday night. I must have taken over 50 photos at different aperture and shutter speed settings until I was happy with the results. The end result? I'm hitting hubby up for a new camera for my birthday! This Is What I Found This Morning.............. My routine is that I get up and make a cup of tea. I sit on my deck and wake up. This morning, I didn't need much to wake me up................ Somehow, sometime last night, this beautiful tree fell over. I can sleep through anything so for all I know, we may have had some wicked storm last night that caused this tree to topple over.
