Empire Outlets in Staten Island was opened to Public on May 16.It is next to the waterfront park, The Staten Island 9/11 Memorial and the Staten Island Ferry Terminal. The shopping center's walkways provide skyline views of Manhattan, Brooklyn and New Jersey.But right now not all the stores were opened yet.Stores opened: Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Columbia Factory Store, Gap Factory Store, Jockey, Old Navy, American Eagle Outfitters, Starbucks, Lids, Wetzel's Pretzels, Francesca's, GNC, Guess. Other stores will be opened by summer.
