It’s now possible to sort properties with these buyer parameters, but is also helpful for sellers. Knowing what’s out there, and being able to access it, is a function needed in a distressed market, and MLSLI has heeded the call. Unfortunately, this search feature is not yet available for consumers on the MLS feed, but we’re happy to perform the search, and send properties of interest until it becomes integrated into the consumer search feed.
