The Village of Rhinebeck real estate April 2016 update showed sales doubled that of April 2015 when there were 3 sales.  Although sales increased, both average and median prices were lower than same time last year. (see chart)Sale price to List price came in at 96 percent.  Price ranged from $195,000-$480,000.The homes sold were built between 1860 and 1952, with square footage from 768-2994.  There were two 2 bedroom, two 3 bedroom,one 1 bedroom and one 5 bedroom.At the end of the month there were 2 homes with offers.  These  homes had square footage of 1612 and 2080. One home was  from 1932, and the other from 1949.There were 2 homes in contract, priced at $ 256,405 and $675,000.  One home was built in 1880 and the other in 1970, with square footage of 1260 and 2492. Village of Rhine... 05/31/2016
