Year to date there have been 9 closed sales with an average sold price of $226,000 spending an average of 82 days on the market In 2012 during this same time period there were 17 closed sales with an average sold price of $247,00 spending an average of 177 days on the market.  It is easy to see that the the market is moving in the right direction in Plattekill.
