I received an email from a buyer who attended an open house of mine, he/she felt that I over priced the house and there is no way that my listing will ever sell for that amount.  In the email it almost sounded as if the emailer was wishing or almost snickering the himself that the prices are bottoming out.  It sounded as if he was standing there go "see, nanner nanner nanner - I told you so, I told you so".  I am going to try to dance around lightly on this subject - because I really don't  want to offend anyone.  I want to explain to buyers as well as sellers that an asking price - is an asking price.  This is a price that the sellers and the agent have predetermined what the house should or will sell for.  I am not a fortune teller and I certainly can not see into the future.  If I co...
