Stratford Green is a townhouse community in Farmingdale Long Island. You can reach this community from Hempstead Turnpike  (East Of Merritts Rd and West of Main Street) Opposite Rt 109 On North Side of Hempstead Tpke. Opened in 1989, these are attached units in groupings. When available, there are 2/3/4 bedroom townhouses. There is central air conditioning at Stratford Green and electric heat. No garages at this neighborhood, but there is reserved parking for residents and spaces for guests.  A monthly common charge fee takes care of outdoor maintenance and the tennis court.
