Dream Homes, a fairy tale for sale.... Listing a home isn't always easy, we have homes of different sizes, age & style. We do our best to list a home with a unique twist that brings the buyer's eye. Sometimes the ad doesn't showcase the home's attributes well enough, sometimes it brings buyers flocking to the door.... I've found normally what truly brings buyers, are 2 things, it's either a great price or a great house....   So if whether you have a dream home or not, there are 3 things you can do to "increase" the sellability of the home.... 1.
