Much activity occurred in Peccole Ranch real estate during June 2022. The number of available houses increased by 150%! And prices reduced by 9%. The time for homes to sell also increased by 16% during the last month. Condominiums in Peccole Ranch saw a lot of changes as well. The number of available homes decreased by 67% and prices decreased by 10%. However, homes in escrow increased by 67%. The sales in June decreased by 25% with prices down 12%.
