I think many buyers were alseep when the bottom of the Las Vegas high rise market occurred in late 2009.  Yes, in 2009 you could find condos selling for $55,000.  Also at that time $220,000 could buy a luxury high rise condo at Turnberry Place which at the peak of the market in Las Vegas was selling for $1 million.  How do I know this?  Cause my client did just that.
