Robert is preparing for the construction "Boom" to happen on Las Vegas Blvd, and has set himself up only 5 minutes from The Strip.   It is going to be very different not having family around as Robert stays in his 2 bed 2 bath condo in Chinatown Las Vegas.   Robert has been moving all his paintings, framed photography and more over the last several days. One bedroom will be set up as a photography studio and a quiet place for Robert to paint.   The community where Robert will be staying has a beautiful 65 foot pool where he will be swimming ever... 05/29/2014

  Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz stopped at the Terrible Herbst Gas Station on 4895 Spring Mountain Rd in Las Vegas Nevada at 11:00pm 10-4-2011 to fill up with gas. VB usually runs (Chevron Gas) in his car because it has detergents in it and Chevron Gas has always treated VB's cars great! I stopped at one of the pumps at this location and ran my Debit Card through the card slot, put in my zip code etc, hit the enter button and nothing. After several seconds the computer at the pump displays "Time Expired" for the card, so I ran it again ... nothing! So I thought maybe the pump had a broken enter button because it looking like someone had been hitting or scratching the enter button. Every once in a while I scan my google analytics for long tail searches to my blogs and see unanswered "questions" in the long tail searches that found me! This time I found the question asked twice:   How Much Would it Cost to Have a Lawyer Negotiate Your Short Sale? It depends, it is anywhere from free (the lawyer charges your lienholders) to several thousand dollars (and it is paid through a payment plan! Which leads to another question: How Much Does the Initial Consultation Cost?  Vegas Bob with 13 Chinese Girls in Chinatown for "Chinese New Year" 2010    I had a photographer take a photograph of me and these adorable Chinese Girls at the "New Year" Festival in Las Vegas Nevada. And after viewing the photograph more I fell in love with it and it is my screen saver for my laptop.  I really had a great time at "The Year of the Tiger" Celebration and I took some photos but shot more film than photos. I will be posting some short Films at YouTube later this week and I captured some great stuff.  Here is another story I posted Sunday that you might find interesting.
